With all bookings we require full pre-payment no later than 7 days prior to the guests arrival.
All cancellations and no shows will be charged full stay.
The hotel will charge late cancellations and no shows to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Pro -forma invoices can be issued by the hotel upon booking. A full vat receipt can be provided on/after departure.
