i) Enhanced frequency of cleaning and sanitising regimes across all departments and bedrooms with particular focus on hand sanitisers in all Guest contact areas.
ii) All Hotel Employees have received Covid-19 awareness Training which will be certificated.
iii) All Employees have signed a daily Health Declaration and undertake a daily Temperature check prior to commencing work. Each member of Staff will be provided with their own hand sanitising gel.
iv) Disinfection wipes are available to all Guests at Reception and in every bedroom.

vi) Social distancing measures have been assessed and control measures implemented throughout the Business.

Full Payment required 14 days prior to arrival, Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation within the 14 days or in the event of non-arrival will be charged to the card provided to secure the booking.
