Contactless Service & Enhanced Cleaning

Whether it’s checking in and out, ordering refreshments or booking a spa treatment – we have invested in making our services available digitally. Meeting rooms are cleaned and fully sanitised between each use and we are operating on a card payment only system in all areas of the hotel.

Our enhanced deep cleaning programme is carried out throughout the whole hotel, perspex screens have been installed where possible and all of our team will follow a policy of no physical contact, maintaining social distancing wherever possible.

Please note: All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions

A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Payment must be made upon check-in. Each guest will pay for their own accommodation and all extras using their own credit/debit card unless otherwise stipulated.

Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival: free of charge. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged full stay.

The hotel will charge late cancellations and no shows to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations made by third parties on behalf of others, will however have to be cancelled a minimum of 5 days prior to arrival or will be charged in full.
